As a Program Change Design Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging discussions with thought leaders and stakeholders, challenging conventional thinking, and exploring transformative options that enhance our organizational approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meaningful discussions and workshops that promote the understanding and application of design thinking principles across teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of design thinking processes, ensuring teams have a clear reference to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify challenges and opportunities, guiding them toward innovative solutions.
  • Capture, document, and present insights and recommendations for socialization and approval from senior-level stakeholders using tools like Miro and PowerPoint.

  • Design Thinking Expertise: You possess a solid understanding of design thinking principles and a proven track record of facilitating teams in applying these concepts effectively.
  • Documentation: You understand the importance of thorough documentation, ensuring that insights and decisions are clearly recorded and accessible for future reference.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Your strong analytical skill set enables you to dissect complex problems and translate them into actionable insights seen through design.
  • Passion for Change: You have a genuine appreciation for organizational change and a desire to drive positive transformation.
  • Exceptional Communication: Your deep listening and facilitation skills foster an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in tools like Miro and PowerPoint, capable of capturing and communicating ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
