Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Change and Training Analyst to support an Enterprise Organisational Change Program. This role will involve working closely with the Change Manager and the Training Manager to manage change initiatives and develop training programs related to the program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that upcoming changes are effectively implemented, communicated, and adopted by end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage change initiatives and develop training programs related to the Enterprise Organisational Change Program
  • Work closely with the Change Manager and the Training Manager to identify training needs and create educational materials
  • Facilitate training sessions to support the successful adoption of the solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training plans
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a change and training role
  • Sound understanding of change processes and workflows at various stages of the implementation of a major transformational project
  • Experience in developing training plans and delivering training
  • Facilitation skills in a stakeholder group setting at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance (if required)
