We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking a holistic care approach to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing
  • Performing assessments and developing rehabilitation plans that cater to the individual's specific needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote recovery and independence

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
