We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Office Assistant in our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and providing exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office facilities and services, maintaining operational costs, and providing training and support to teams. They will also work closely with the Office Manager to coordinate events and implement cost-saving measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office facilities and services, including catering, safe custody, reception coverage, and event organisation;
- Maintain operational costs, including stationery and catering expenses;
- Provide training and support to teams, including administration starters;
- Assist with building requests, including lights, air conditioning, and other facility matters;
- Work closely with the Office Manager to coordinate events and planning;
- Evaluate and implement cost-saving measures;
- Perform data entry tasks, including reconciling courier invoices and archiving;
- Order and restock stationery areas and printers;
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing mail, internal and external;
- Assist with general day-to-day tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's administration experience in a professional services or corporate environment;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
