Our organization seeks a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and furniture procurement while fostering cost-effective supplier relationships.
  • Oversight of our fleet, including maintenance, repairs, scheduling, and compliance with safety/registration requirements.
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures, providing administrative support to Executive Leaders and Directors.
  • Providing IT support, including troubleshooting, upgrades, licensing, and hardware/software maintenance.
  • Facilitating employee onboarding, accommodation, and travel bookings, as well as security and building maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in IT software and hardware is essential, along with experience in managing procurement, administration, and fleet maintenance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
