  • Lead a team of 10-40 Team Members to deliver trolley collection and cleaning services to a set store
  • Develop leadership capability by delivering people-related activities for your team and partnering with stakeholders
  • Act as a coach and mentor to develop Team Members' skills across trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support
  • Set the team's roster to ensure coverage of daily tasks and operations
  • Interact with customers, including showing them to shopping aisles or assisting with spills
  • Liaise with Support Office, Store Leadership Teams, Team Members, and Customers - excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding role requiring work in and outside of stores in different elements (shop floor, fridges, freezers, carparks, etc)
  • Comfortable working with regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conducts, etc)
  • Valid full Australian driver's licence for vehicle street runs
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including early starts, late starts, and weekend shifts
About the Role:

This is a full-time salaried role suitable for individuals with flexible availability to work across early mornings, days, and late nights Monday to Sunday.

As a Team Manager at Woolworths Group, you'll have direct support from the Facilities Manager to help guide you in developing your leadership skills.
