Hardware Engineering Team Lead

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electronics Design Manager to lead our cutting-edge navigation and robotics products. The successful candidate will oversee a team of skilled engineers, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to performance specifications.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering and at least 10 years of experience in high-level electronics design roles or hardware management. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as SPICE and Altium Designer is also essential. Experience managing highly technical teams and designing complex electronics is required. In return, we offer a multidisciplinary team environment with broad responsibilities, driving better design and project execution. This role contributes across the entire design phase, from prototype to manufacturing, impacting various applications including defence, autonomous vehicles, and aerospace platforms.
The estimated salary for this position is AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
