Job Title: Nursing and Midwifery Project Coordinator

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the Principal Advisor Aboriginal Nursing and Midwifery Strategy in implementing various projects aimed at increasing the number of Aboriginal people pursuing nursing and midwifery careers. The successful applicant will provide administrative assistance to the program, including career advice for Aboriginal individuals and communities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the program, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Assist with providing career advice and guidance to Aboriginal individuals and communities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for project development and implementation
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Aboriginal community groups and organizations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or community service setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
