Leadership Opportunity: Midwifery Unit Manager 2
The role of the Midwifery Unit Manager 2 is to lead and coordinate a team of midwives and nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient management of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the midwifery and nursing teams at the ward or unit level
- Monitor and manage business functions and processes
- Develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and service delivery
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
