Business Process Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Manager to join our Risk and Controls Assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in governance, risk, and controls to help our clients navigate complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-range assurance and advisory engagement tasks, including planning, fieldwork, reviewing, and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements.
  • Partner with clients to develop recommendations that strengthen existing controls and processes, mitigating risks and improving governance.
  • Provide clients with confidence in their governance and controls by leading financial control and business process reviews.
  • Identify, build, and implement compliance frameworks to meet the evolving regulatory environment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in governance, risk, and controls, with expertise in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies.

You will also have a strong understanding of commercial issues facing businesses and the ability to influence client conversations.

Passion for being at the forefront of change, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an innovative environment, are essential for this role.
