Job Title: Privacy, Data and AI Governance Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading brands and government, resolving digital risk challenges. As a seasoned privacy and data governance advisor, you will provide strategic advisory services and practical support to help our clients navigate the complex landscape of data privacy, information management and responsible AI.

You will be advising clients on privacy, data and AI governance requirements and best practices, conducting privacy impact assessments and advising on compliance and risk mitigation strategies, developing and reviewing privacy policies, procedures and data handling controls, supporting the implementation of privacy and AI governance frameworks, contributing to the delivery of training and awareness programs for clients, and staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on privacy, data and AI governance
  • Conduct thorough privacy impact assessments
  • Develop effective privacy policies and procedures
  • Implement robust data handling controls
  • Deliver high-quality training and awareness programs
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in privacy, data or AI governance advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Privacy Act and GDPR
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services to clients
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. law, technology, data science)
