Job Description

As a Guest Services Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests and visitors to our hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing arrivals and departures
  • Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
  • Actively resolving guest issues and challenges
  • Promoting our loyalty program

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • C Class Driver's License
