Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our hospitality team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized service to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reservation, check-in, and departure procedures with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize computer skills and knowledge of the operating system to efficiently manage tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle guest charges and payments in a timely manner.
  • Fulfill comprehensive guest assistance and create memorable experiences through prompt response to queries and special requests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Australian working rights.
  • Previous front desk/reception experience is advantageous.
  • A confident and professional personality with a strong aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience.
  • Strong communication skills, with a bonus for those who are multilingual.
  • Proficient technology skills and attention-to-detail, with protection for confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations.
  • Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience.
