Hotel Ambassador

We are seeking a part-time or casual Hotel Ambassador to join our team of service-focused individuals who are passionate about creating a memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests with a personalized service, assisting their journey, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience by:

  • Welcoming the guest or visitor at their vehicle
  • Providing a personal greeting upon their first interaction with our Hotel
  • Assisting with handling their luggage with care and respect
  • Connecting them to the Front Desk team while maintaining a seamless service throughout the guest experience
  • Guiding them to their room and providing a brief overview of hotel facilities and room features
  • Providing basic knowledge on Perth's offerings and our valet parking service

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a Hotel or customer service role, with a proven ability to provide an exceptional guest/customer experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A valid WA drivers license and unlimited and unrestricted working rights for Australia
