We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Ambassador. As the face of our hotel, you'll provide top-notch service to our guests from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences across various departments, ensuring seamless guest interactions
- Engage with guests at our front desk, food and beverage areas, and other locations within the hotel
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
- Assist with various tasks, including taking reservations, preparing and serving food, and managing guest accounts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and similar software
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think critically to resolve issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
