The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisee opportunities within our Electrical and Plumbing Network. You will work closely with our Head of Network Growth to develop and implement prospect acquisition strategies, create structured plans to achieve set targets, and undertake cold calling and prospect meetings to ensure regular contact targets are met.

You will have a strong ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders, as well as a hunter mentality and a focus on creating new opportunities. If you have a demonstrated experience in a sales/account manager or BDM position, with a focus on new business growth, we want to hear from you.
