Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Claims Specialist with a strong background in commercial property claims or lodgement to join our team on a 6-month contract.


This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a values-driven organisation that puts customers first. You'll be the initial contact for new claims and play a key role in setting the strategy and ensuring a smooth claims journey.



Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and triage new commercial Property claims, ensuring accurate data capture
  • Set customer expectations and appoint service providers in line with guidelines
  • Manage a portfolio of low complexity claims with a focus on financial and customer outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Commercial property claims or lodgement experience is essential
  • Experience using claims management systems (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail, with high computer literacy and organisational capability
  • Empathetic and culturally aware, with the ability to support diverse customer needs and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
