We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strata Claims Specialist. As a key member of our claims management team, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving strata-related claims.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess and investigate claims, identifying the cause and extent of damage, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of strata laws and regulations.
You will also be expected to work collaboratively with our clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in loss adjusting, claims management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing complex claims and resolving disputes.
Additionally, you will need to possess excellent analytical and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and investigate claims, identifying the cause and extent of damage
- Work with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
