Chief Kitchen Operations Manager

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our kitchen operations. We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing menu development, staff training, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with the restaurant's vision.
- Train and mentor junior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment through open communication and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
- Proven track record of successful menu development and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
