Chief Kitchen Operations Manager

We are a family-owned restaurant group celebrating our anniversary, known for exceptional food and great local neighborhood service.
We are seeking an experienced kitchen manager to lead our team. As a key member of staff, you will be responsible for organizing and prepping for busier shifts, maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen, creating and overseeing kitchen scheduling, and understanding and completing the inventory process.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and prep for peak periods
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Create and oversee kitchen rosters
- Understand and complete inventory processes
Essential Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience as a manager/cook (minimum 4 years kitchen management experience)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
