Community Development Specialist

This role involves building connections and fostering community growth.

  • Provide customer support on social platforms, escalating complex issues while offering first-line community assistance to players.
  • Manage and maintain various social media accounts, including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop strategies for growing, maintaining, and nurturing online communities, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on community performance metrics, sentiment/engagement rates, and community growth indicators.
  • Communicate with players via onsite chats, forums, and direct messages.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a community-related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting tone for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience in growing, maintaining, and managing an online community or client base with measurable engagement results.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and handle challenges with a positive outlook.
