  • Establishing strong stakeholder relationships and keeping our membership engaged
  • Contributing to reports, publications, and digital content
  • Collaborating with creatives to bring ideas to life
  • Supporting brand awareness and engagement campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in customer service, account management, or community engagement
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Event planning and multi-channel communications experience
  • Proficiency with tools like Dynamics 365, Canva, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Office 365
  • A people-oriented approach and the ability to simplify complex information
  • A curious mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for continuous improvement
