Job Title: Connections and Communications Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to innovative brand and campaign work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visualise consumer journey maps to bring consumer insights and behaviours to life
  • Provide insights and initiatives to connect with consumers throughout the journey
  • Develop connections strategies and apply fresh thinking to creative strategy and for creative teams
  • Imagine with creatives the many spaces and places an idea could go, beyond traditional comms planning
  • Apply understanding of first-party data and audience segmentation for data briefs, contact strategies, and message matrices
  • Interpret and visualise data in a meaningful way for colleagues and presentations
  • Support post-campaign performance reporting and results
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and identify opportunities for culturally relevant campaigns
Key Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of communications and connections strategy
  • Comfortable with numbers and details
  • Analytical and creative thinker
  • Keen awareness of cultural trends and their impact on consumer behaviour
  • Good understanding of paid, owned, and earned channels, including social, search, programmatic, partnerships, SEO, and traditional channels
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role within a creative or media agency
