- Provide support and guidance to carer support groups to ensure they are equipped to meet the evolving needs of their members.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the community by promoting diversity and advocating for accessible services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver programs that address the complex needs of carers.
- Maintain accurate records of program outcomes and contribute to evaluation reports to inform future service delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as health or social sciences.
- Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
