Internal Communications Specialist

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing internal communications that foster employee engagement and understanding of our organization's strategy.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement creative content to effectively convey our progress on delivering core elements of the strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with our corporate narrative, values, and brand
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business on matters requiring enterprise-wide internal communications
  • Develop and implement innovative content (written, video, audio, and visual) that simplifies and effectively conveys our progress
  • Measure reach and impact of content, campaigns, and events, using insights to drive continual improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Affairs team and internal communications network to understand their communications plans and activations
