Customer Experience Manager
- This role involves leading the curation of asset experiences to drive customer understanding, champion customer needs and strategically position assets for clear value propositions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in retail marketing, preferably with tourism assets. They should be able to execute strategic plans, deliver innovative experiences, manage budgets, analyze data, and combine analytical thinking with creative flair.
Key responsibilities include developing a deeper understanding of customer needs through research and community engagement, championing customer needs across the team and business, owning the guest journey to ensure seamless experiences at every touchpoint, and identifying revenue opportunities through strategic positioning of mall assets and media.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Retail marketing expertise, preferably with tourism assets
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans and deliver innovative experiences
- Budget management and analytical skills
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative flair
