Account Growth Specialist

Renew and expand existing customer relationships to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an annual quota and achieve or exceed growth and churn targets.
  • Proactively increase the value of over 200+ accounts in APAC regions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with hardware and software customers and channel partners.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and upsell into existing customer accounts.
  • Negotiate customer contract terms in partnership with dealers.
  • Communicate pricing changes and new products available for purchase.
  • Understand each customer's needs and desired outcomes to align them with real solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of customer types and sizes.
  • Ensure net-negative ARR churn across your portfolio of accounts.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record of selling and showcasing product value to customers.
  • Experience working with direct customers and channel partners.
  • Ability to communicate value confidently and negotiate business terms effectively.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build a value proposition through probing and understanding of the customer's business model.
  • Team player with experience collaborating cross-functionally to support shared renewal goals.
  • 1-2 years' experience in account management at a B2B SaaS company.
