**REQUIREMENTS**
- Own late model vehicle fitted with dual controls (up to 5 years old)
- Full or Part-Time Instructors ( minimum 10 hours)
- Comprehensive car insurance.
- Current RMS Instructors Licence -Auto or Manual
- Certificate 4, Transport & Logistics
- Driving Instruction
- GST Registered ABN
- Good communication skills
- Spoken English with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated and Results Driven Hard Worker
- Team Player prepared to support fellow team members towards common goals
- Strong desire to exceed minimum KPIs and excel
- Enjoy working with people of all age groups and nationalities
- Ability to instill confidence and build client relationships
- Focused on customer care & high quality lesson delivery
- Patient, tactful and flexible
- Passionate about teaching driving & helping community to create smarter and safer drivers
- Prepared to work flexible hours to meet customer needs
- Responsible and Reliable with primary goal to uphold reputation and goodwill of LSDS
- Accept and work in accordance with conditions listed in Sub-contractor agreement with LSDS
- Work with Children Clearance
- Member of Professional Association such as ADTA
