Job Summary

Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to drive market growth and deliver exceptional customer value. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales Team to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and develop a robust sales pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify business expansion opportunities within defined markets and convert leads into successful outcomes
  • Proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with local marketing and technical teams to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Work with customers to design and deliver specialized solutions that meet their needs
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the mining or heavy machinery industry
  • Knowledge of lifting and rigging markets is highly desirable
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset to drive business growth
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Solution-focused approach to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Australian driver's license for travel requirements
