We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by attracting and hiring top talent across various operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for high-volume portfolios of roles.
  • Attract, engage, and place exceptional talent to support operational excellence.
  • Oversee advertising, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide expert guidance and ensure seamless recruitment experiences.
  • Take a proactive approach to sourcing and talent pooling to meet future workforce needs.
  • Benchmark strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop deep knowledge of your recruitment areas.
  • Champion our values and employer brand throughout the candidate experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in volume recruitment, preferably within a large, complex organisation or internal TA function.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality sector and a commitment to delivering outstanding service through people.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
  • A proactive mindset with demonstrated success in sourcing and pipelining talent.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a drive to continuously improve.
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
