Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our hiring managers and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding workforce needs and delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure quality support is provided to all stakeholders through timely and accurate communication
  • Support panels in the delivery of recruitment services ensuring they meet best practices and timelines
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key skills
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver executive recruitment projects
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements and best practice documentation
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • Prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely advice to complex enquiries
  • Demonstrated experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasking or projects
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience
