Event Coordinator Role:

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to deliver engaging events and create a positive workplace experience.

  • Deliver state-based events for team members, brokers, and partners
  • Support internal events including offsites, training sessions, and celebrations
  • Manage vendors for catering, venues, and supplies
  • Assist with tracking and reporting
  • Keep office spaces and meeting rooms well-presented and equipped
  • Oversee office supplies and coordinate restocking
  • Liaise with facilities and IT for local office needs
  • Support new starter onboarding and office inductions
Key Responsibilities:

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating logistics and execution of events
  • Managing vendors and suppliers
  • Assisting with tracking and reporting
  • Ensuring office spaces and meeting rooms are well-presented and equipped
  • Providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or office administration
  • Confidence running events end-to-end, from logistics to execution
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Warm, professional, and service-oriented in every interaction

  • A strong communicator who builds great relationships with stakeholders
