About the Role

Landaco Equipment, a leading Australian-owned manufacturer of Fertiliser Spreaders, is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator and Payroll Specialist to join our team in Wagga Wagga.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, maintenance of receivables and payables, and general ledger.
  • Oversee payroll and superannuation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations, including BAS, PAYG, annual payment summaries, and payroll tax.
  • Process payments and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle mail and freight, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, costings, and job costings.
  • Draft employment agreements, documents, letters, and reports.
  • Support the office team with various administrative tasks.
  • Oversee office operations, IT, data maintenance, file coordination, and archiving.
  • Manage inventory control and ordering.
Requirements
  • Previous accounts experience is essential, with training provided in specific programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organisational and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to balance priorities, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn, show initiative, and grow within the role.
  • Valid licence and reliable transport.
