Accounts Administrator and Payroll Specialist

Landaco Equipment, a leading Australian-owned manufacturer of Fertiliser Spreaders, is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator and Payroll Specialist to join our team in Wagga Wagga.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, maintenance of receivables and payables, and general ledger.
- Oversee payroll and superannuation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations, including BAS, PAYG, annual payment summaries, and payroll tax.
- Process payments and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle mail and freight, both incoming and outgoing.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, costings, and job costings.
- Draft employment agreements, documents, letters, and reports.
- Support the office team with various administrative tasks.
- Oversee office operations, IT, data maintenance, file coordination, and archiving.
- Manage inventory control and ordering.
- Previous accounts experience is essential, with training provided in specific programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organisational and attention to detail.
- Capacity to balance priorities, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, show initiative, and grow within the role.
- Valid licence and reliable transport.
- A full-time role, Monday to Friday.
