About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at CPB Contractors. As a key member of our project support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient and accurate administrative services to support project delivery, including preparation of documentation, correspondence, and reports.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and maintain records of project revenue, prepare debtor invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Book travel and accommodation arrangements for project team members.
  • Payroll Administration: Process timesheets, track and maintain payroll records.
  • Document Control: Manage and implement document control processes to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Senior Project Manager Support: Assist the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • JDE Experience: Previous experience with JDE (J.D. Edwards) software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Commercial and Financial Knowledge: A demonstrated understanding of commercial and financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a busy working environment.
