About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex behaviours and develop effective support plans
  • Understand Personalised Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
  • Promote inclusion and independence through collaborative efforts
Essential Qualifications:
  • 2 years' experience supporting participants with complex care needs
  • Strong passion for human rights and driving positive change
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with diverse individuals
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening and customer-centric responses
  • Collaborative mindset, enthusiastic about sharing best practices and contributing to team success
  • Willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
