Human Resources Leadership Opportunity

As a strategic HR leader, you will play a key role in driving organisational success by leading the HR function and partnering with senior leadership to implement people strategies.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for HR services across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement effective people strategies.
  • Lead and coach HR team members to build capability and accountability.
  • Manage enterprise bargaining agreement (EBA) negotiations and foster positive union relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and safety standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, professional development, and talent management strategies.
  • Enhance HR systems and update policies and procedures in line with legislation.

About This Role: We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join our dynamic team. As a national HR manager, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the organisation's success.

Requirements: A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally with leadership exposure; the role may suit an experienced HR Advisor or Manager ready to step up into a national leadership role.
