Job Summary
">Our organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to drive the growth and development of our people and culture. The successful candidate will lead the OD and employee engagement team, set a strong vision for the new function, and support senior leaders in identifying capability gaps and designing development plans.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead the OD and employee engagement team, including setting up the team for success and creating a strong vision for the new function
- Support senior leaders in identifying capability gaps and designing development plans that promote culture, engagement and foster a learning culture
- Redesign Youi's leadership capability framework to support future growth and all areas of the organisation
- Support the Head of C&C in delivering the organisational listening strategy, including Trust Surveys, 360 Leadership Surveys, Values and Engagement surveys
- Support the annual succession planning and talent cycles as well as the uplift and delivery of talent management programs and initiatives
- Design, deliver and champion the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy and associated policies
- Lead broader People & Culture and business projects to improve people, culture and capability outcomes across the organisation
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
">- A brilliant people leader with demonstrated ability in leading through ambiguity, and providing clarity to stakeholders, colleagues and your team
- Proven experience in building trust with senior leaders and driving results
- Solid background in organisation development, with specific experience designing or uplifting capability frameworks
- Exposure to DE&I and experience creating awareness and driving forward positive initiatives that impact DE&I results
- Demonstrated experience defining and executing business strategy and initiatives, with a focus on maximising outcomes through innovation and continuous improvement
- Strategic data interpretation and analysis skills
- Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualifications (business, human resources or organisational psychology) and industry accreditations advantageous
