We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming our Enterprise proposition to achieve substantial sales growth while maintaining profitability.
You will lead the development of strategic plans across eComX and Food B2B, identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, such as margin, COGS, and trade investment. Additionally, you will drive the growth of pricing capabilities, balancing customer and commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading teams, particularly within range and/or pricing functions, and demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level with engaging communication. Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, negotiation, and data analysis are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a high-performing team of sales associates with strong commercial relationships
- Nurturing C-suite connections with valuable clients to ensure retention
- Representing us at industry events
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading teams, particularly within range and/or pricing functions
- Demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level with engaging communication
