Key Performance Analyst Position

The Role of Key Performance Analyst is a critical function within the Revenue Operations team, responsible for maintaining accurate sales data, running comprehensive reports and providing timely business insights to inform strategic decision making.

This role involves utilizing advanced analytical skills to analyze complex sales data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis software, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain revenue operations systems, ensuring up-to-date user information and commission plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize systems, driving process improvements.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation, attainment, quota, and payment metrics.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage month-end deliverables, including quarter-end commissions, financial journal preparation, and results distribution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in sales operations or analytics.
  • Excellent leadership skills, able to guide others through example.
  • A strong work ethic, values that inspire teamwork, and a growth mindset.
