**Data Analyst NV1**

Join our dynamic team at Green Light as a Data Analyst **(Must have NV1 Clearance)**, were seeking a seasoned professional passionate about turning data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you'll oversee cutting-edge reporting and analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery of BI reports and empowering stakeholders with valuable insights for informed decision-making.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative reporting mechanisms and sophisticated spreadsheet models to identify trends, patterns, and influences on performance goals.
- Utilise advanced analytical techniques to deliver actionable insights that contribute to informed decision-making and drive business success.
- Act as a strategic advisor, guiding teams through complex decision-making scenarios and providing expert analysis and recommendations.
- Facilitate seamless data sourcing for stakeholders, ensuring a solid foundation for independent analyses and informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the establishment of a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting best practices and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs, ensuring alignment of data analysis efforts with strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing technical guidance, support, and training to enhance team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data or business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business outcomes.
- NV1 Clearance is a must
- Demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet manipulation and visualization, with advanced skills in tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, including dashboard design and development.
- Demonstrate a robust command of C#, Python, SQL, DAX, and M languages for tasks such as data modeling, querying, and transformation. Additionally, exhibit familiarity with industry-standard data visualization best practices and principles of UX/UI design.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Desirable to have Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus, with knowledge of health data analytics and reporting requirements.
