We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Data Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert advice and analysis on complex client, stakeholder, and community need/demand issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate information from a wide range of sources and provide authoritative advice to stakeholders within and across government networks.\
  • Ensure strategic efforts are aligned with Government priorities and program outcomes.\
  • Prepare written materials that support advice to government, including correspondence, briefing material, and information papers.\
  • Contribute to a professional environment through commitment to ethical behavior, staff wellbeing, skills development, and continuous improvement.\
  • Model leadership and contribute to a positive work culture aligned to public sector values.\
  • Lead and supervise team staff to undertake expert analysis and provide clear advice regarding options, impacts, risks, and solutions related to program activities.\
  • Use data analytics tools and techniques to assess, recommend, and generate options for strategy implementation, review, and refinement.\
  • Provide high-level advisory services and expertise in data analysis.\
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.\
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\
  • Work independently and as part of a team, focusing on achieving high-quality results under pressure.\
