Marketing Insights and Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Insights and Data Analyst to drive strategic decision-making across Sales and Marketing functions. This pivotal role will champion continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to inform marketing and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with Growth and Campaigns teams to create targeted marketing plans that elevate brand awareness and drive audience engagement
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize online campaigns and improve conversion rates
  • Partner with student recruitment teams to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts in promoting new and existing courses
  • Lead and support marketing insights projects from inception through to execution and review, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education industry.
  • Experience with business intelligence, data analytics and visualisation tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics that improve marketing performance, reporting, and decision-making.
