About the Role

The Business Analyst/Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements and working closely with the data team to design and deliver actionable data solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Governance: Ensure reports, dashboards, and data models are developed within scope, on time, and aligned with business needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams and executives, to understand their data needs across day-to-day management, business intelligence and reporting.
  • Data Product Development: Coordinate the development of data models, dashboards, and reporting templates in collaboration with the data team, ensuring the successful execution of projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.
  • User Experience (UX): Assess the usability of data products with business units and refine them for clarity and actionability through formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
  • Documentation: Lead the development and maintenance of documentation, including requirement specifications, data dictionaries, and business cases and user manuals.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resource allocation, and milestones for data service initiatives.
