We are seeking a driven and ambitious Account Manager to lead the expansion of our corporate businesses in Western Australia's Corporate / Enterprise sector.
In this role, you will maximise revenue potential by expanding our market presence in WA while delivering exceptional customer service to our existing customers.
As an innovative professional, you will thrive on tackling big challenges and making a meaningful impact every day. Your primary accountabilities will be to:
- Drive market share growth through existing customers and new business in the Corporate & Enterprise vertical.
- Identify and develop multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects.
- Work with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts.
- Increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain your knowledge of our offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts.
- Maintain & regularly update CRM.
- Develop an action plan to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities.
- Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Requirements- Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.
- Proven Business Development and Sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts.
- Demonstrable presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with CRM applications.
- Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans.
- Hands-on management of internal processes and stakeholders through the sales process.
- Strong administration and project management skills to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Exposure to sales training methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience. Benefits include study assistance, emerging leadership development, and access to world-class online learning opportunities.
