Dental Assistant/Receptionist

West Pymble Dental Surgery is a well-established family dental clinic with over 40 years of experience in caring for the local community.
Your RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients and scheduling appointments
- Mastering patient flow management in the reception area
- Assisting with billing and handling insurance claims
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries
- Assisting with sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Impressive communication and people skills
- Superb organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and dental software
- A commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy
