Dental Office Coordinator

The Heart of the Role:
- Full-time Monday to Friday position with no weekends
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Providing high-end patient care and building relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner
What You'll Bring:
- Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist experience is essential
- Prior experience using Oasis is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast-paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
