We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Dental Area Manager to lead our multi-chair practice in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Dentists, Dental Assistants, and Receptionists to achieve outstanding patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize appointment book utilization and optimize dental processes.
- Ensure compliance with ADA and AHPRA policies and guidelines, as well as infection control procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the purchase of stock, and oversee the recording of accurate financial information for report generation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management, with a proven track record of leading a large team.
- Strong knowledge and application of infection control processes, with a Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with previous experience with Oasis, Examine Pro, and HAMBS beneficial.
