Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team at AB Dental & Medical. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments and manage the practice's schedule to ensure efficient use of time.
- Enquiry Handling: Respond to patient inquiries and provide information on our services and policies.
- Follow-ups and Recalls: Schedule and send reminders for patient follow-ups and recalls.
- Invoicing and Electronic Database Management: Manage patient records and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
