  • Full-time Monday to Friday position

  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

  • Handling payments

What You'll Bring:

  • Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist experience is essential
  • Prior experience using Oasis is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
  • You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast-paced and dynamic role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
