Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Your RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Mastering the art of patient flow management in the reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
- Assisting with billing and handling insurance claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and soothing concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Assisting with sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Impressive communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Superb organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and dental software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy, with a strong understanding of data protection regulations.
